Sales Development Representative | German | FinTech

To help make better sense of data, one of our clients, an international company with Scandinavian roots, offers financial solutions to help companies navigate their data and make more informed decisions. To ensure a continuous growth of their current markets, our client is currently looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representatives to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, your main responsibility will be outbound prospecting, reaching out to potential customers to qualify them and getting them onboard and hooked about our client’s solutions before passing on the lead to the Sales Manager. For this position, we are seeking people who has a strong interest in making a career within Sales and Business Development since the ambition of the hiring manger is to give you the tools and possibilities to develop and succeed as a Sales Professional. In other words, a great opportunity!

In this position, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact with potential new customers
  • Do proactive outbound prospecting, reaching out to potential customers via phone, mail, LinkedIn, video and other digital channels
  • Manage and qualify leads generated from your outbound prospecting as well as incoming leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • Provide Sales Managers with detailed notes for the qualified leads and assure the opportunity is understood so next steps are clearly defined
  • Qualify contacts and take meetings with potential customers

Requirements:

  • An interest and ambition to make a career within Sales and Business Development
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Ideally, previous experience of working in a similar position with Sales and Business Development
  • Fluency in English and German
  • An interest in the financial markets and FinTech technology
  • A result-driven approach and someone who always strive to do their best
