Clinical Support Agent | Dutch

International organization that specializes in providing innovative medical devices designed for use in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, paramedical institutions, and other medical organizations.

 

About the Role:

As a Clinical Support Agent, you will act as the bridge between science and society, providing professional support, training, and advice to (para-)medical professionals, helping them maximize the use of the company’s products.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your scientific knowledge and communication skills in an impactful, customer-facing role. While no direct sales are involved, you will play a vital part in representing the company at conferences, events, and training sessions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Inform and advise (para-)medical professionals about medical measurement devices.
• Develop training presentations, marketing materials, and other educational tools.
• Provide training to fitness and medical professionals on the background and applications of the devices.
• Represent the company at conferences, events, and product demonstrations.
• Analyze clinical documentation and scientific research for market development insights.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• HBO or university degree in (bio)medical sciences, nutrition, physiotherapy, or a related medical field.
• A background in dietetics, health, or medical sciences. Having a master’s degree in nutrition is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Patient, persistent, and professional in all interactions.
