Our Team
Our team consists of 9 people, release train engineer and Head included. We all are specialists and have different skills and focus areas. Together we support an effortless Purchase Experience. We inform the best we can to make our products easy to understand; we simplify the purchase itself by removing unnecessary steps and we reward our customers to create a best-in-class purchase experience.

We’re on the search for…
A proactive and performance driven team player who can further improve the results from Adobe Campaign (AC). You will use AC daily, pick & run workflows, send proofs, schedule deliveries , report and identify new opportunities. Setting up new workflows you do in close collaboration with our other campaign specialists and developers.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be joining the Purchase Run team, reporting to the Head of Purchase.
Overview of main responsibilities:

  • Improve the Purchase Flow.
  • Improve the Newsletter to Purchase experience to the next level by creating the right segmentations and offers.
  • Convert the Mandrill transactional Emails to Adobe Campaign.
  • Convert our newsletter subscribers/profiles into customers.
  • Proactively suggest, test and implement improvements based on email performance, research and customer feedback
  • Collaborate internally to optimise data sharing between different systems, in order to make sure that relevant information is available in the email marketing tool
  • Designing and executing ad-hoc email campaigns, troubleshooting issues, monitoring email performance and reporting on key learnings
  • Brainstorm with Purchase Run team to improve customer’s experience
  • Improve data quality and customer segmentation in the email marketing database, in order to advance personalisation
  • Set up and maintain customer satisfaction email surveys

What we’re looking for

In terms of your experience and strengths:

  • 5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation or CRM marketing
  • 2-3 years Experience with Adobe Campaign
  • A higher education in digital, communications and/or International business.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Business level fluency in English – written and spoken 

In addition, it’s bonus points if you have…

  • Knowledge of the SAFe framework
  • A love of sustainable travel!
  • Already hold the correct documents to work in the Netherlands
