Sales Representative BENELUX 100% Remote | Dutch C1 and English

This is a long-term position and 100% remotely.

  • Your role involves the full sales cycle, from finding leads to closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • You will actively promote and sell all new equipment products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Back Office team to prepare commercial proposals.
  • Provide necessary information to support Sales & Project Support in creating quotations, issuing quotations, and engaging in final negotiations with customers.
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing and communication strategies in partnership with the Trade Marketing department.
  • Contribute to the annual budget process and deliver accurate sales forecasts each month. You'll also manage overdue accounts and monitor stock performance indicators.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you need strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication. You must also manage your time well, stay organized, and be resilient.
In addition, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Living in the Netherlands is a MUST
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in refrigeration, air conditioning, cooling, or a related technical field
  • Fluent in English and at a C1 level Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Technical proficiency and interest
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers, head office, and production facilities
  • Familiarity with IT tools like Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar software is a plus

Salary Benefits:
