- Observe and resolve all incidents and service requests;
- Install packaged software;
- Configure and deploy PCs and work devices;
- Assist in setting up conferences and meetings;
- Contribute to the branding of the Service Desk in the company
Requirements:
- Strong social skills and customer focus;
- Experience with different kinds of hardware (Laptops and Phones);
- Experience in working with MS Office and Windows Active Directory (create users, add groups to users, log in issues)
- Good understanding of Certified ITIL V3.0 (certification is a pre)
- Working experience with Windows 10 knowledge;
- You are a social and solution-oriented person;
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
Salary Benefits:
- Salary between €35,000 and €45,000 gross per year

The client is a well-known organisation in oil storage production, they are in charge of the Floating Production from design to maintenance. The headquarter is located in Schiedam, easily reached by public transportation.
