Service Desk Support

- First point of contact for your colleagues,
- Handling tickets for 1st & 2nd line sometimes 3rd line, or escalating the tickets to the system/network administrator,
- Supporting the software development team,
- Managing logins, resetting and installing applications
- Once a week will travel to Belgium (close to Antwerp) to support the office there
Requirements:
- Minimum MBO thinking and work level
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience with systems (pre Office 365, Windows Server, AD, VMWare)
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
- Strong communication and social skills
- Stress resistant
- Flexible: 1x per 6 - 8 weeks breakdown service
Salary Benefits:
