IT Support

- Registering and processing all IT requests
- Escalating the incidents to the Service Desk Coordinator or IT Service Providers
- Prioritising and monitoring from start through to a successful resolution
- Take ownership and responsibility for issues (you are the key man for them)
- Monitoring the operations of the IT Service Desk
- Occasionally travel between different locations to provide on-site support and assist local projects
- Managing inventory of equipment, consumables and other supplies
- Improve IT Customer Service, Perception and Satisfaction
Requirements:
- Obtained at least a Vocational Degree MBO4 in ICT
- At least 3 years of proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer of Help Desk Support
- Knowledge of Windows and Office365
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, German is a pre
- You are self-motivated, eager to learn and able to work independently
Salary Benefits:
- Salary between €35,000 and €45,000 gross per year
