IT Support

• Work as the first point of contact for your colleagues regarding all ICT issues
• Set up and manage workplace for (new) employees
• Maintenance and support of internal systems (OS and Windows 10) and software packages
• Control of the server systems (Windows, Active Directory, and Azure)
• Solve hardware issues, e.g. telephony (VoIP, mobile phones), conference rooms, and printers
• Coming up with new ICT solutions to improve TWD run smarter, better, and faster

Requirements:

• Obtained MBO or HBO degree (ICT is a pré)
• Great command of English Language (Dutch is a plus)
• Knowledge of MS systems (Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows and PowerShell)
• You enjoy working in a team and you have good communication skills
• You like to get the job done and you are proactive
• Experience with Autodesk, Orcaflex, Adobe (either one of these is a Plus!)
• Applicants have to be residents in the Netherlands while applying

Salary Benefits:

• Salary between €42,000 and €55,000 gross per year
