Your job as a Finance Manager:
In this position, your primary mission is to steer the financial direction with precision and foresight. You'll be at the helm of accounting and taxation, managing cash flows and controlling overhead costs with a keen eye on ensuring the company's financial health. Your role is pivotal in preparing insightful reports that guide the strategic decisions. You will do this by:

  • leading and supervising day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring monthly and annual closes are accurate and timely.
  • managing treasury functions, optimising financial resources to maintain the company's liquidity.
  • overseeing tax compliance and ensure adherence to all regulatory and fiscal obligations.
  • preparing and presenting financial reports, aligning with IFRS standards and responding to group inquiries.
  • taking charge of the monthly closing, annual financial audit, payroll review, and inter-group balance reconciliation, ensuring the company is budget-compliant across all fronts.

What do you bring to the table?

We are looking for someone with the ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactive communication across departments. You'll need:

  • A bachelor degree in Finance or a equivalent study.
  • Proven experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Fluent English and at least B2-level Dutch communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
