We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team and contribute to the success of their growing business!
Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Handle and release orders, ensuring product availability and timely delivery in collaboration with the logistics team.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, address their queries, and manage their accounts.
  • Order Management: Track returned orders, process forms and requests, create invoices, and ensure compliance with client requirements, especially regarding labeling and packing.
  • Customer Engagement: Increase order values through proactive calls, follow up on customer interactions, and reach out to dormant customers.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks, contact key accounts and new leads, and ensure smooth order processes with the finance and logistics departments.
  • Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator Key Accounts, and other team members to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBO/HBO level.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian (C1 level) and fluent English; additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in sales, customer service, or retail, with familiarity in the Italian retail market being a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, resilience under pressure, and ability to multitask. Sales skills are crucial.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team, using positive language to foster collaboration.
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to take initiative and drive results.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for business, including attending fairs and tradeshows across Europe twice a year.

Salary Benefits:

  • Salary: €2.500 - €3.300 depending on the level of relevant experience.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Bonus: 13th-month extra salary (if company results allow it).
  • Holiday Allowance: 8% of the salary.
  • Holidays: 25 days per year.
  • Business Travel: 30% of the time, with expenses covered.
  • Additional Benefits: Company pension, training/education, travel allowance, and 1 day per week free lunch in the office.
