Our client is looking for an experienced candidate in the Treasury Department, who will administer international cash forecasting, planning, and analysis.

Job Responsabilities:

The Treasury & Accounts Payable Specialist will support the digital transformation and automation of treasury and accounts payable functions, leveraging tools like Basware and Kyriba. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Process accounts payable invoices, monitor queues, code, and route invoices
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and manage the vendor master file
• Ensure timely, accurate payments aligned with departmental policies (e.g., Net 30, Net 45)
• Act as a liaison for accounts payable inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with cash management, reporting, and vendor management

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of related experience.
• Experience in SAP and Baseware (or similar product).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
