We are seeking an Ecommerce Merchandiser to join an international fashion brand based in Amsterdam.
In this role you'll collaborate with the Buying team and the Product Owners to align the collection strategy and sales targets with an engaging on-site experience for consumers across Europe. Together you'll ensure a seamless and effective online journey that drives performance and elevates the brand's digital presence.

- Collaborate closely with the Buying and Planning teams to transform collection strategies into engaging on-site product journeys;
- Configure and manage on-site journeys using merchandising tools like XO and Fredhopper;
- Analyze site performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize merchandising and improve customer engagement;
- Partner with UX and CRO teams to enhance the user experience, focusing on increasing conversion rates and improving product discoverability.;
- Support the rollout of new on-site features and ensure smooth execution of seasonal launches;
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in digital merchandising to continuously elevate the on-site experience.

Requirements:
What you bring to the role:
* 3-4 years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or digital commerce, with a solid grasp of merchandising best practices;
* Proficiency in merchandising tools like Fredhopper, XO, or similar platforms to enhance on-site product journeys;
* An analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and leverage data to drive decisions;
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams such as Buying, Planning, UX, and CRO;
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
* Experience in fashion retail or a related industry is an advantage;
* A proactive problem-solver focused on enhancing the overall consumer experience.
