Quotation & Pricing Specialist (English + French or German)

Our client is the leading manufacturer and supplier of critical raw materials and performance ingredients serving the Life Sciences and Speciality Chemicals industry.They're on the look-out for an English speaking Customer Quotation & Pricing Specialist (German or French would be a strong plus) to manage the process flow for Quote creation, management, and distribution of commercial quotations, leveraging ERP and CRM systems and to optimise quoting workflows. The Person can be located in either Düsseldorf, Germany or IJmuiden,The Netherlands.

Your responsibility will include:

• Optimise customer interactions and quoting workflows




• Work closely with all department integral to the quotation process




• Collaboration with inside sales team and well as installation and distribution partners to promote provided business solutions




• Undertake pricing and profitability analysis on pricing data and profitability metrics

About you:

You have around 5 years of experience working within a broader commercial organisation (B2B) e.g. Sales, pricing analysis etc. You know how to handle Customer Quotation, commercial communication and work with ERP and CRM systems. You have strong commercial acumen and solid financial understanding, excellent Project management skills and familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights for quoting optimisation's. In this role you have the chance to work in a hybrid model either near Düsseldorf or IJmuiden.

Profile:

• Fluent in English (C1-level or higher) both written and spoken. German or French (C1 or higher) would be a strong advantage
