Account Manager | Italian C1

  • Receiving customers and prospects
  • Negotiating prices, issuing quotations and concluding sales contracts
  • Answering and following up customer requests by phone, email and chat
  • Resolve customer technical queries
  • Initiating and maintaining commercial customer contacts / key accounts
  • Screening potential customers in database and proactively approaching these customers
  • Responsible for sales growth and upselling
  • Following up on sales and marketing actions.

Requirements:

  • You have an HBO/Bachelor level of thinking
  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience
  • You live in the Veghel region (this is a must! The role is urgent)
  • Besides Italian, you speak fluent English. Dutch is a plus
  • You are customer-oriented
  • You are commercially minded and have good communication skills
  • You are proactive, spotting and seizing opportunities.
