We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented P&C Coordinator to join our client new office in Utrecht.
As part of a rapidly growing team, you’ll play a vital role in managing HR processes for employees in 12 European countries, ensuring smooth onboarding, contract management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Oversee the preparation and management of employment contracts for 12 European countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Jira Ticket Support: Respond promptly and empathetically to employee inquiries via Jira, ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Onboarding & Reactivation: Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and manage employee reactivation in Workday.
- Personal Information Management: Collect, verify, and maintain personal information for new hires, ensuring accurate payroll and benefits setup.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, communication with employees, and tasks delegated by the Director of Europe.
- Documentation & Compliance: Secure A1 forms and other required documentation for field staff, prepare secondment papers, and ensure completion of mandatory safety and security training.
- Termination & Deactivation: Manage employee terminations and deactivations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role, ideally in an international context.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and Jira (Workday experience is essential).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach when working with stakeholders across regions.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (B2 level or higher).
