Do you enjoy supporting the business from an administrative point of view?

On behalf of a global technology company in Amsterdam, we are seeking an experienced administrator to manage and provide support in HR administration. This role involves maintaining accurate personnel records, facilitating HR processes, and providing crucial administrative support.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring employee administration and personnel files are current and compliant
  • Assisting with personal leave administration and internal control processes
  • Overseeing HR contracts and invoices
  • Maintaining and updating the personnel information database and external HR systems

Requirements:

  • MBO or bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR and/or Financial administration
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Dutch is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A flexible, friendly, and service-oriented approach to work
     

The way of working/Starting date:
The company policy is to be in the office at least 3 times a week. Also, this is a full-time position 40h/w and not available for part-time.
We aim to onboard this person in April 2025.
