Interim L&D Specialist - Retail

This assignment will be three months with the option to extend. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will:

• Develop and refine both online and offline training initiatives, managing each phase from concept to successful launch;




• Oversee a range of programs-onboarding, functional training, train-the-trainer-ensuring that objectives and timelines are met;




• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Store Operations and district managers) to identify training needs and translate them into effective solutions;




• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure top-quality content for all training initiatives;




• Establish project plans, outline clear action steps, and communicate progress to maintain momentum and achieve results.

The all-in rate for this assignment will be €70 - €90 per hour. The assignment will be for 3 months with the possibility to extend. This position is also open if you're not a freelancer.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has/is:

* At least 2 years in a Learning & Development role within a retail environment;
* Proven success in driving L&D programs from start to finish;
* Available for at least 32 hours per week;
* Skill in juggling multiple initiatives, meeting deadlines, and delivering results;
* Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong stakeholder management skills.
