The official title of the role is Talent Researcher but there is so much more to this position. You will identify and engage top technical talent for our client whilst coaching hiring partners to make smart recruiting and hiring decisions.
This role is based in Amsterdam so it's essential that you already live in the area. It is also essential that you have full rights to work here already as sponsorship is not an option.
What will you do?
- Research - You will utilize deep research strategies to find technical talent pools (not just Linkedin) and convey your insights back to the hiring teams. You will own the sourcing strategy for a variety of roles.
- Engage and Influence - You will use your experience to engage and hire top talents and in emphasizing the the value of building diverse teams.
- Evaluate - You will interview and evaluate the technical skills of candidates as well as their fit to the business culture.
- Partner - You will work closely with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers. You will coach and advise based on your knowledge of niche markets.
- Prioritize - You will own and juggle multiple assignments and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience.
What do we need?
We need someone who has extensive experience in sourcing/researching and recruiting a broad range of technical engineering type roles across the EMEA region. If you have experience with Poland, that could be an added advantage.
You need to be extremely self-motivated and driven and capable of setting your own agenda based on priorities. You don't need hand-holding and are comfortable being given independence.
At the same time you need to be a great team player as this role is a vital cog in the recruitment chain.
Finally, and most importantly, you need to be available quickly to start on an initial temporary contract via Adams Recruitment. This role is not open to Freelancers/ZZP Interim candidates.
The duration is expected to be circa 6 months.
