We are seeking an experienced and passionate expert in sportswear and retail training who will play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring frontline retail employees across EMEA. You will drive the strategy for engagement and education, ensuring retail teams have the knowledge and skills to represent the brand and its innovative products effectively.This role requires a strong communicator and leader who can collaborate cross-functionally, influence senior stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail operations, sports product innovation, and consumer engagement strategies. A passion for storytelling, training, and brand heritage is essential to success in this role.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the education and engagement strategy for frontline retail teams, ensuring they are equipped with knowledge on product innovation, brand heritage, and consumer engagement best practices.
  • Design and implement training experiences across multiple platforms, including digital live-streams, virtual webinars, and immersive in-person events.
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including marketing, merchandising, operations, and regional retail teams, to align priorities and drive impactful engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize insights and feedback from retail employees to continuously refine and enhance training experiences.
  • Oversee content creation and delivery, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation across all retail channels in EMEA.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the company’s values and vision while inspiring retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain a strong connection with global training functions to ensure alignment and authenticity in educational approaches.

Requirements:

  • A deep passion for sports, product innovation, and consumer engagement.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in retail training, employee engagement, or brand education.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a diverse and high-performing team, directly or indirectly.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a forward-looking, creative approach to education and engagement.
  • Extensive knowledge of the sports, lifestyle, and fashion industries.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the retail landscape and direct experience within a retail environment.
  • Experience in content creation and digital storytelling.
  • Flexibility to support events outside regular business hours and ability to travel (10-20%).

Salary Benefits:

This concerns a temporary role, for 40 hours a week. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience.
