Our client is a global membership organization with a long-standing history of supporting professionals and companies in different industry. They provide valuable connections through events, memberships, webinars, and training programs.

Their diverse team, based in Amsterdam, works collaboratively to deliver high-quality services to their international network. 

Now they are looking for a Spanish speaking Junior Customer Support Agent to join their time immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to members and customers via email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Maintain and update member records, tracking interactions, benefits, and event participation.
  • Manage event-related inquiries, including registrations, member rates, ticket purchases, and billing.
  • Support post-event activities such as gathering feedback and promoting upcoming events.
  • Communicate relevant information about services, policies, and benefits clearly and proactively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or membership management.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Organized, polite, and proactive with a customer-focused mindset.
