Customer Service Returned Packages

Looking for a Customer Service Returned Packages for a the Dutch office of a leading international Reverse Supply Chain Provider. Within this position it is important that you are solution-oriented and service minded.
Within the position of Customer Service Returned Packages you are responsible for all questions and problems the customer faces. This entails;
- Handling retuned packages;
- Provide information of the products and services;
- Daily Contact with logistics service partner
- Do check ups on returned products (electronics);
- May be required to work on special projects as needs arise.
You will be part of the start of a new office within an International organization. The salary will be between €2500 and €2800 gross per month based on 40 hours. Because you have to handle the product working from home is not possible.
Requirements:
The Customer Service Representative we are looking for has the following requirements;
* Secondary vocational education;
* Service minded;
* High energy;
* Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
* 6 months to 1 year of customer service preferred in call center environment.
