Supply Chain Manager (External Planning) | Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Supply Chain Manager to join our customer External Planning team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end supply chain for the timely and uninterrupted delivery of the medicines worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) in Europe, ensuring products are delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right location. Your work will be integral in optimizing inventory, costs, and supply risk profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Lead planning, forecasting, and MRP management for DS, DP, and FDP.
• Procurement Management: Oversee raw material procurement, order policies, and vendor coordination.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage shipping schedules and readiness meetings.
• Process Optimization: Enhance processes and leverage data through cross-functional collaboration and digital tools.
• Risk & Compliance: Monitor supply chain risks and ensure GxP compliance with proper documentation.
• Project Leadership: Drive special projects, provide executive reports, and address complex supply

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar, with 2 or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech supply chains is preferred.
• Strong in data analysis and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, RapidResponse).
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
