Senior Supply Chain Associate (Import/Export)

We are seeking a Senior Associate in Supply Chain (Import/Export) to join our customer CS & Transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficient distribution requirements planning (DRP) and shipment execution across our customer's sites and third-party suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The position involves continuous improvement initiatives, driving productivity targets, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure global distribution of pharmaceutical products, following company procedures.
- Optimize Finished Drug Product (FDP) inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
- Contribute to and track DRP projects, ensuring timely milestone completion.
- Coordinate shipments with internal teams and third-party logistics providers.
- Lead process improvements in DRP and order management.
- Manage stock reconciliation, audits, and controlled documents.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain within a GMP and/or GDP regulated industry.
- Proven expertise in customer service, order-to-cash processes, or DRP departments.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and analytical skills.
