Senior Transportation Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Transportation Coordinator to join our customer global transportation team, responsible for managing and building operational logistics processes. This tactical role focuses on ensuring GDP-compliant product shipments to hospitals and international customers while fostering relationships with internal stakeholders and transportation suppliers. The ideal candidate is hands-on, a quick learner, and able to adapt to a growing workload
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations and processes, ensuring strict compliance with GDP standards.
• Manage and optimize global distribution lanes, supporting operations in Breda and Dublin.
• Act as the primary point of contact for transportation service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address operational challenges and improve transportation workflows.
• Support the development of global transportation guidelines and ensure alignment across locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, including supply chain teams and other departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in logistics or transportation.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn on the job, and thrive in a hands-on role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
