Order-to-Cash Process Support Specialist | Spanish

In this role, you will contribute to the optimization, standardization, and automation of Order-to-Cash processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. You will also support cross-functional collaboration and drive process improvements to support the strategic transformation of OTC processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help streamline and standardize OTC processes for better efficiency and scalability.
- Support the identification and implementation of OTC process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on process mapping exercises to enhance process effectiveness and consistency.
- Assist in evaluating standardization opportunities alongside regional and cross-functional teams.
- Help develop and maintain global process documentation, considering compliance and regional requirements.
- Contribute to strategic projects in collaboration with stakeholders from different regions and functions.
- Develop and update training materials to support OTC processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience the pharmaceutical or related highly regulated industries.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional processes with the ability to visualize and optimize them.
- Capable of analyzing large data sets and summarizing findings into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and other collaboration tools like Teams, Miro, and Smartsheet.
- Knowledge of OTC processes and experience in a regulated, compliance-driven setting.
