Supply Chain Coordinator ( Dutch)

You will be part of France, Benelux, Italy, and Iberia extended Supply-Chain team and report directly to the

Benelux Customer Supply Expert. Your responsibilities (if you accept) will be around 2 main topics: Your responsibilities:

Operational: support the day-to-day activities for BNL, with time-to-time support for other countries

of the region; we are one leam Hence some dotted lines to France and Iberia.

Continuous improvement: carbon footprint, cost saving, or service level projects (to be defined together)Below are some examples of your future responsibilities which evolve around order fulfillment

• Control that all sales orders are correctly imported, checked, and updated if needed in our systems
• make sure manual orders are entered and that everything is flowing smoothly;
• Follow-up stock positions, overstock, and out of stocks; anticipate them and improve our service level;
• Maybe you will get to know sales forecasts and you will meet our Crystal Ball
• Use our system and help solve issues or customisation it;
• Deal with disputes and use your best negotiation skills with customers and suppliers;
• Customer service: being the best friend of our customers, collaborating and winning together,
• Identify improvement projects for BNL but as well for F+, we like to improve;
• You will be regularly in contact with our Third-Party Logistic provider.

Requirements:

• You ideally have a first experience in Logistics, Supply-Chain, or Customer Service;
• You speak Dutch fluently and you have a great level of English. English is the language we all use in
• our team. If you speak another language of the region, that would be awesome: French greatly
• appreciated, Spanish or Italian would be also super nice;
• Autonomous, organised and rigorous, you know how to conduct analysis and present results;
• Numbers and Excel are your best friends;
• You have already met an ERP system (even remotely, social distancing is important);
• Enthusiastic and dynamic, you like teamwork and know how to share your ideas;
• Polyvalent and curious, you like to take initiative and being force of proposal
• Your energy is contagious;
