Executive Assistant

  • Scheduling and meeting planning

  • Supporting with the minutes from the meetings
  • Hosting of internal and external guests
  • Calendar management
  • Dealing with internal and external correspondence
  • Prepare Powerpoint presentations and reports for the Leadership Team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Around 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Management Assistant
  • Experience in an international environment & team is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & other administrative/scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English ; German knowledge is a big plus
  • Professional, reliable & open for new ways of working
