Office Assistant

  • Book travels and hotels for the CEO;
  • Help HR with filing and administrative tasks;
  • Make sure the office runs smoothly in terms of office supplies;
  • Assist colleagues and managers with administration where needed;
  • Welcome guests who visit the office.

Requirements:

  • You are directly available;
  • You have experience with booking flight, hotels, etc. for managers/CEO's;
  • You are proactive and able to work punctual;
  • Your English is fluent in writing and speaking;
  • You are in the possession of a Dutch BSN number and a work permit.

Salary Benefits:

  • A competitive salary between €2700,- and €3200,- per month based on full-time;
