For a client in the fashion business based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Campaigns & Consumer Messaging Coordinator to help bring campaigns to life across retail and wholesale and ensure the seamless delivery of in-store messaging. This is a part-time role for 2 days per week

The Team
The EMEA Creative Services team is a creative hub within the DTC organization, delivering immersive store and showroom experiences across the region. Following global direction from the Amsterdam and New York headquarters, the team ensures seamless execution of brand vision.
Responsible for VM & Windows guidelines, window concept production, showroom operations, and product presentation training, the team collaborates with market hubs to drive DTC success in EMEA.
The VM & Windows team adapts global strategies into clear guidelines for EMEA markets, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact across retail and wholesale. They oversee the production and implementation of global window concepts and campaigns in line with the brand calendar.
The Position

Reporting to the Senior Specialist Campaigns & Consumer Messaging, the Campaigns & Consumer Messaging Coordinator, a key member of the EMEA VM & Windows team, supports the execution of seasonal and non-seasonal campaigns across the EMEA region. By collaborating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders, they ensure the seamless rollout of consumer messaging, ultimately enhancing consumer engagement.
Key responsibilities:

  • Support the on-time delivery of seasonal and non-seasonal campaign imagery & video to our retail and wholesale stores in accordance with the brand and DTC calendars for all in-store and window lightboxes/frames/screens.
  • Support on driving efficient processes through an effective collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support on setting seasonal image priorities based on product assortment and brand focuses and assign to lightbox/frames and POS.
  • Collaborate with different vendors (print, editors, translations, video screen control) and clearly brief changeout strategy in a timely manner to ensure campaign launch dates are met.
  • Approve image allocation and cropping prior to production.
  • Support on creating guidelines for clear communication on the seasonal campaign and consumer messaging.
  • Ensure the on-time availability of non-seasonal consumer messaging based on global toolkits and adapt locally as needed by EMEA hubs, whilst ensuring cohesion.
  • Partner with Visual Operations team to maintain consumer messaging assets on the digital signage web shop.
  • Monitor and guide the local production process between local markets (where applicable).

The Ideal Candidate

  • Work experience in a related role including supplier briefing and production.
  • Experience with vendor management, ideally in print production.
  • A passion for consumer journey and experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office & Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to multitask between projects and work streams.
  • Fluent English communication skills [written and spoken].
