Senior Financial Controller

We are looking for an experienced financial controller for an international FMCG organisation.

As financial controller you will oversee all financial operations, ensure accuracy, transparency, reliability and timeliness of financials. Do you have strong accounting and reporting experience? As Senior Financial Controller you are responsible for the coordination of all accounting needs. You will oversee all financial operations and ensure accuracy, transparency, reliability and timeliness of the financials.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinate/assist with external and internal audits;




• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies. Coordination and supervision of statutory reporting cycles;




• Support with the implementation of Microsoft dynamics 365;




• Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems to ensure the integrity of financial data and safeguard company assets;




• Responsible for standardization and integration of reporting standards.

We can offer a salary depending on knowledge and experience, approximately between € 90.000 and € 110.000 annually. Further details will be discussed in a personal meeting.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master degree in Finance;
* At least 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Controlling within FMCG;
* In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS);
* Inventory/Stock Accounting and Reporting;
* Accomplished professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA or similar);
* Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel. Experience with MS D365 is an advantage;
* Hands-on attitude & proactiveness;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Attention to details, time management, managerial & organizational skills.
