Project Finance Associate - Junior

As a Project Finance Associate your focus will be on projects in the renewable, infrastructure and energy sector.

Then we are looking for you!As the European subsidiary is expanding based on new deals and continued business growth, they are looking for a Junior Project Finance Associate for their Structured Finance Division.

Your responsibilities will contain the following:

• Carry out loan origination, structuring and execution of deals with regards to European projects in digital infrastructure and renewable energy;




• Conduct financial model analysis;




• Review credit due diligence reports, contracts and internal rating applications;




• Participate in discussions/meetings with credit review team and/or credit committee, and with other banks and sponsors;




• Regularly monitor and amend/waive for existing loan portfolio;




• Offer general support for various administrative tasks incl. KYC, loan administration and reporting.

Salary range depends on your background and experience but will be within the range of 45,000 and 60,000 per year based on 37.5 hours, including holiday pay and a 13th month. Their working conditions are based on the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for Banks. Additionally, you are entitled to 30 vacation days and they facilitate you with a wellbeing program and continuous investment in your personal development with a generous training budget.

Requirements:

What we are looking for in you:

* You have a Master's degree in Economics or Law;
* You are interested in project finance and preferably in Dutch and/or European renewable and digital infrastructure;
* Please feel free to apply if you have prior work experience in loan origination and credit reviewing - at least 1-2 years of relevant experience;
* It would be of added value if you are familiar with the French, German and/or Japanese language, however it is not a requirement;
* You can identify yourself with our company culture and you enjoy working in an international setting.
