Finance Medewerker - Real Estate

As a Finance employee, you conduct the financial administration of various companies, you are responsible for debtor and creditor management, checking payroll, VAT returns and you provide various financial-administrative controls. You work closely with external administration agencies and tax advisors.
In addition, you support the team in annual work, the preparation of project reports and financial-administrative issues that play a role with developers and management. Moreover, you get energy from thinking along with the design and improvement of the financial processes.

• Required skills/experience:
  

  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level with good financial and administrative knowledge;
  • 3 to 5 years of recent work experience in a similar position, experience within the real estate sector is an advantage;
  • Experience with project administration/software (e.g. HB Vastgoed) and VAT returns is a requirement, experience with checking payroll is an advantage;
  • Experience with Exact or a comparable financial/ERP system and billing software is also a requirement;
  • Excellent skills in Excel and setting up and managing reporting tooling;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
