Finance Assistant

• - Daily bank bookings in several currencies

  - Preparing payment orders

  - Processing and checking incoming invoices

  - Prepare sales invoices

  - Maintaining correspondence with international debtors and creditors mainly through email

  - Handling contract confirmations

  - Exchange information with the Trading and Logistics Department

Requirements:

• Have at least 1-2 years of accounting experience in an international company

  - Experience working with multiple currencies

  - The person involved must be a team player, flexible and accurate.

  - Should be able to work under pressure from time to time

  - In the possession of a relevant Bachelor's degree

  - Comfortable with working under pressure

  - Strong drive and ambition to succeed

  - Highly organized and proactive person

  - Fluent in Dutch and English. Any other languages are a big plus

  - Flexible mindset and excellent social and communication skills

  - Experience in Microsoft office applications

  - Experience in MS Dynamics (preferred
