- Organizing events, meetings & catering
- Ordering and distributing supplies for office & kitchen supplies
- Solving problems within the office to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- Providing secretarial & administrative support (including basic travel & agenda management)
- Responding to general incoming emails and telephone calls
Requirements:
- HBO/ Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management
- Excellent communication skills in the English language. Dutch knowledge is a big plus
- Microsoft Office proficiency & tech-savvy
- Professional, strong organisational skills, accuracy & can-do mentality
- True problem solver
