  • Organizing events, meetings & catering
  • Ordering and distributing supplies for office & kitchen supplies
  • Solving problems within the office to ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • Providing secretarial & administrative support (including basic travel & agenda management)
  • Responding to general incoming emails and telephone calls

Requirements:

  • HBO/ Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language. Dutch knowledge is a big plus
  • Microsoft Office proficiency & tech-savvy
  • Professional, strong organisational skills, accuracy & can-do mentality
  • True problem solver
