Office Assistant

Administration / Secretarial

  • Responsible for administration of the Managing Director, HR manager and Facility Manager;
  • Creating PO numbers;
  • Organising travel for multiple managers within the company;
  • Assisting with organising events;
  • Manage expenses and credit cards;
  • Preparing and assisting with declarations;
  • Various administrative tasks such as managing e-mail, taking care of mail, archiving;
  • Ad hoc assistance;

Requirements:

  • MBO + level, could be in any direction - Hospitality, secreterial, HR or anything related to the position;
  • Fluency in English is a must, Dutch would be a plus but not a deal breaker;
  • Is proactive, assertive, team player, flexible and result-oriented;
  • Experience would be a big plus, however if you have your experience in something else - also fine!
