HR and Office Administrator | Dutch and English

You will support daily operations within the HR department, handling various administrative and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional office environment, including supplies and equipment
  • Welcome visitors 
  • Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, and facilities.
  • Manage vendor, service provider, and landlord relationships, including lease agreements and facility issues.
  • Plan and organize company events (e.g., Townhall meetings, year-end activities).
  • Organize files, manage office badges, and maintain tracking systems for documents.
  • Handle mail, emails, phone calls, and sickness records.
  • Manage company vehicles, including maintenance and fuel cards.
  • Prepare essential documents like employer statements.
  • Update and manage the HR tool, ensuring policies are up to date.
  • Assist with onboarding, including setting up workstations and IT tools.
  • Organize performance appraisal documents and prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Provide backup support for other team members when needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and in Dutch
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiarity with software systems.
  • At least 2 years of relevant international experience.
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
