Our client has a global presence in more than 15 countries and it is a key player in airports, construction, and energy sectors.

They are looking for an Office Assistant for their office in Amsterdam. You will be reporting to HR and work closely with another office manager.

Best part of all? You will support top executives, including the CEO, CFO, HR Director, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
  • Manage travel expenses and related administrative tasks.
  • Circulate documents for signatures and print materials for meetings.
  • Handle cafeteria and catering requests.
  • Manage meeting room reservations and attend to reception duties as needed.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage visitor access.
  • Maintain relationships with building management and internal managers.
  • Support office relocation and manage relationships with external providers.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch (B1-C1).
  • Excellent work ethics, flexibility, and organizational skills.
