Your job as an Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support to the Managing Director, HR Director, and Senior Commercial Director. You ensure their schedules run smoothly, meetings are productive, and communication is streamlined. From organizing international travel to preparing meeting materials, your support helps leadership stay focused. You’ll also lead or support internal events and take ownership of key follow-ups. Your role includes:
- Managing complex calendars, meeting arrangements, and high-level correspondence.
- Coordinating international travel and processing expense claims with accuracy and compliance.
- Preparing agendas, capturing meeting outcomes, and monitoring follow-ups.
- Supporting and occasionally leading internal projects or regional events.
You’ll report directly to senior leadership and work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe.

What do you bring to the table?
This role requires someone who’s organized, proactive, and communicative. You manage sensitive information with care and adapt easily to changing priorities. A self-starter who does not have a wait-and-see attitude. You’ll take initiative, solve problems, and handle key responsibilities independently. You also have:
• minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate, international environment.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• strong ability to work independently and handle confidential matters discreetly.
