Customer Care and Sales Support

Our client is looking for an employee who will work in their CC/sales support team, acting as a main POC for internal and external communication for the office:
- Manage all incoming mail, telephone calls, and onsite visitors;
- Arrange quotations, orders, samples, and invoices;
- Handle client questions and issues. Proactively think alongside them concerning issues and requests;
- Keep a good overview on delivery schedules and manage the transport of client orders globally;
- Support the logistics, production, and lab teams where needed
Requirements:
- Fluent English, with a preference for B1+ Dutch
- German is not a requirement, however it is considered advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive, focused, organized, and flexible
- Outstanding multitasker and ability to problem-solve well in a busy environment
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, and/or customer support is highly preferred
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands and residency in the Almere/Amsterdam area
Salary Benefits:
- 25 vacation days (ability to take 5 extra unpaid)
- 32-40 hours a week

- First contract for 12 months (and potential for a permanent contract thereafter)
