About the Audio Engineering Scholarships
SAE Institute and The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus are offering scholarships for music production enthusiasts looking to kick-start their career!
There are 24 full scholarships available for SAE Institute’s iconic Audio Engineering Diploma course for students from the United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, France, Austria, Slovenia, Turkey, Greece and Italy.
The course can be taken at any of the 26 SAE campuses throughout Europe, including SAE Institute campuses in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
Scholarship requirements
The scholarships will be awarded to candidates who are passionate about music and who wish to unleash their creativity through proficient use of technique to transform their passion into a career, regardless of race, age and social status.
There are a few requirements, however, namely that:
› You are at least 18 years old
› You speak the local language of the campus(es) where you wish to apply
› You are able to move to/live in the city of your chosen campus(es)
› You are committed to excellence
Applying for the scholarship
To start the application process, fill out the request form on the scholarship website. Applications close on December 1, 2014!
Along with your personal details, a complete application should include a letter of motivation outlining why the scholarship is important to you, links to websites that have examples of your work and a reference from a teacher, employer or mentor who supports your candidacy.
Scholarship recipients will be announced on February 6, 2015 for the diploma course starting in either autumn or spring 2015/2016.
