Training with Flowmotion
Founded by Floris Valkema, Flowmotion has a passion for sport and looks to encourage people to get up and get moving! Through a mix of cardio and strength training, the courses by Flowmotion look to increase participants' level of fitness in a fun and inviting manner.
Taking place in the Vondelpark and beautiful Amsterdamse Bos, all sessions are outdoors and avoid the monotony of tired gym-routines.
The training sessions focus on four main components:
- Developing proper running technique
- Interval training to boost conditioning
- Strength training for abs, arms & legs
- And the social element: fun!
Flowmotion understands that each individual has a different level of fitness and therefore offers courses for complete beginners, intermediates and those with advanced training experience.
Training sessions schedule
- Mondays | 6pm-8pm; 7pm-8pm; 8.30pm-9.30pm
- Tuesdays | 6.45pm-7.45pm
- Wednesdays | 7pm-8pm; 8.15pm-9.30pm
- Saturdays | 10am-11am
- Sundays | 9.30am-10.45am
