We are looking for a Recruiting Sourcer with experience sourcing technical and engineering profiles (IT focus). The ideal candidate is familiar with sourcing hard-to-find talent in tech disciplines and understands the nuances of technical recruitment across EMEA.

Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer to identify and engage top talent while coaching hiring managers to make smart recruiting decisions. This role is crucial in building teams that drive the company’s success, growth, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing, proactive in developing talent pipelines, and skilled at influencing hiring strategies through data-driven insights. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values creativity and efficiency in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Research & Sourcing: Define sourcing strategies and use advanced research techniques beyond LinkedIn to identify top talent. Build relationships and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engagement & Influence: Use data and market insights to influence hiring strategies, engage top talent, and emphasize the importance of diverse teams.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Partnership with Hiring Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to attract the right talent and provide market insights for informed hiring decisions.
  • Prioritization & Execution: Manage multiple requisitions efficiently, balancing speed and quality while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Talent Sourcing: At least 5 years of experience in candidate research and sourcing, with expertise in creative sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, social recruiting, etc.). Experience sourcing technical/IT profiles is strongly preferred.
  • Self-Motivated & Proactive: Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Curious & Business-Oriented: Strong understanding of market trends, recruitment best practices, and business needs. Experience recruiting across different functions is a plus.
  • Strong Team Player: Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and willingness to support colleagues.
  • EMEA Recruitment Expertise: Extensive experience in hiring across multiple EMEA countries. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another European language is a plus.
