We are looking for friendly and proactive people who enjoy talking to clients and learning about our client’s products. As an Account Manager, you will be the main contact for your clients, helping them find the best products to suit their needs. To do well in this job, you should be a great communicator, a problem solver, and well-organized. You should also be good at building relationships with both clients and your team.
Responsibilities

  • Talking to clients to understand their needs and explain how our client’s products can help.
  • Building strong and trusting relationships with clients.
  • Working with different teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Studying customer behavior to improve service.
  • Keeping accurate records of products and client interactions.
  • Staying informed about our client’s products and services.
  • Solving client problems and improving processes to avoid future issues.
  • Keeping up with industry trends.
  • Representing clients’ interests to enhance their experience.
  • Steps available to grow into a senior account manager role with a higher salary.

Requirements:

  • Business level Italian or French or German (C2 level) and fluent in English 
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in hardware/software sales & in depth industry knowledge is a MUST
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to gather, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Flexible and good at solving problems.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Ability to connect with people and work well with teams inside and outside the company.
  • Deep and accurate knowledge of the products.
  • Results-driven, High-Energy individual capable of leading prospects to the next step in the sales process
  • Excellent phone and written presence and superior interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive, professional attitude
  • The ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
