We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – French and Dutch Speaker to join our client’s team in Oisterwijk. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for French- and Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless order process and excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing support on orders, deliveries, and product-related questions.
  • Process and manage orders efficiently in the system to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Warehouse, Planning, and Procurement to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update customer data to guarantee accuracy in order management.
  • Assist with complaint resolution and proactively find solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team discussions and initiatives to enhance overall customer service operations.

Requirements:

  • German speaker (C1 or C2 level) with fluent English (C1).
  • Dutch level must be at B level
  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
