Buyer (Chinese speaking)

For a listed company in Numansdorp in gifts & interior items we're looking for a (junior) buyer. Are you familiar with the Asian culture and do you speak Chinese? And do you like to travel? Then this might be the job for you! Please read along.what we offer

• 32-40 hours per week

• 2500-5000,- based on experience

who are you
As a (junior) buyer you have knowledge of the Asian culture. You're enthusiastic, willing to learn and you have a Bachelors degree working and thinking level. You have affinity with the field. You speak Chinese and also you speak English/or Dutch.

• Affinity with design products and gift items
• Experience with purchasing administration or with buying or being in contact with suppliers
• You speak Chinese and English or Dutch.
• Familiar with the Asian culture.
• Living in the Hoeksche Waard area.
• Willing to travel to Asia regularly.

what will you do
As a (junior) buyer you will be the person in charge from start to finish. You'll work together with other departments and you're in contact with suppliers.

• Person of contact for suppliers in Asia.
• Monitoring delivery deadlines for purchased products
• You coordinate shipments from our own factories
• You manage the purchasing administration
• Search and order products
• Maintain contact with other departments
• Visiting fairs in Asia

where will you work
You will be working at a listed company with approximately 25 employees. There are 6 colleagues in the purchasing department where you will be working. The company has a no-nonsense culture, there's direct communication. Most people come from the immediate area and have long-term employment contracts.

• A monthly salary depending on your knowledge and experience. Depending on the company's results, you can count on a bonus
