IT Project Manager - Carve-Out (TEMP)

Do you bring excellent project management skills and experience working in (M&A) Carve-Out programs? Then this temporary project in Amsterdam could be just the gig for you!Among your responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment.




• Coordinate international teams, bridging cultural differences.




• Manage interactions with Business & IT Management, Security, Solution Architects, and external providers.




• Keep the end-user or customer's needs and satisfaction in mind throughout the project lifecycle.




• Report to IT stream lead.

A challenging assignment in Amsterdam (hybrid working is possible); starting in May, initially till the end of 2025. This position is not open for zzp / independent contractors, so you will work through a flex contract via us, which comes with a very attractive monthly salary.

Requirements:

* BSc/MSc in a relevant domain.
* At least 3 years of experience and a proven track record in IT Carve-Out / M&A projects;
* Strong project management skills: stakeholder engagement, risk management, planning, budgeting, and procurement.
* Experience in Application Management, Data Migration, IAM, ITSM, and Cybersecurity Compliance.
* Background in the energy utilities sector is a plus.
* Relevant Project Management certifications.
* Fluent in English (spoken & written).
