The largest indoor shopping center in the Randstad, Zuidplein, is in the vicinity

Financial:
- Rent is including advance payment for gas, water, electricity and internet

- Rent: Two months rent to be paid before move-in. The first month rent will be paid via HousingAnywhere. And the second month directly to the property manager, which will be settled with the last month's rent.
