Description:
We only offer short term lease contracts up to a maximum of 7 months total. The contract will not be renewed afterwards or a new contract won't be offered. Being an international student or expat is mandatory.
Small furnished room located on a 4 minute walk from Erasmus!! The house has three (furnished) rooms total, one large (14m2), one medium (11m2) and one small (6m2). All rooms are furnished and only for international students. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room (TV with Netflix account). From the large balcony you can see the Erasmus building. The small room is furnished with a high sleeper, a desk, a chair and a closet.
Everything is located within walking distance, Erasmus (4 min.), supermarket (8 min.), tram (1 min.) and Metro (7 min.) which will take you to city center in 7 minutes.
A mandatory administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid when you move in.
