Customer Solution Specialist | French C2

It is your job to help and inform customers so they make the right decisions themselves. As an all-round Customer Support employee, you will have a supporting and consulting role. You ensure that our B2B customer group gets the help they need in a professional way and you come up with solutions where necessary to make improvements. You are also responsible for webcare, handling inbound calls, chats ️ & tickets and answering questions about various topics such as software, shipments, and other issues customers can encounter.

Requirements:

  • You are a good listener and you like to help, advise and find solutions
  • Fluent French and English , written and speech: this is a must-have!
  • Multitasking is your second nature and you have a pro-active and commercial mindset
  • Previous experience in Customer Support is a big plus
  • Knowledge of online products / e-commerce and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) is a big plus
  • You are available full-time (40 hours/week)
